I rarely eat fast food, long day I stopped at kfc on Wesley Chapel, I ask for 1 wing, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh original recipe nothing hard. I got home no wing and extra crispy is what I got. I'm pretty articulate she actually repeated what I ordered. It's hard for me to understand how did they get something that simple WRONG! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
Is KFC no longer doing drive thru service? I went to 2 and they both were not doing drive thru service (This was one of them) which is kind of crazy to me to think a mom with a car full of kids and a handicap sticker is going to park and get out. Not including me I saw 4 cars drive off and went someplace else.
The drive thru cashier was rude and James the manager was ruder. He/James was packing the drive thru orders. He messed up my order and dealt rudely with me. I will not patronizing this location again. Peace and Blessings in #JESUS Mighty Name
