At 1:10 p.m. I went through the drive-thru, place my order, and received my drinks. I was then told to wait at drive thru waiting spot number one.That's where I sat for the next 30 minutes waiting for my order!!! Even after telling three employees that I was waiting a excessively long time on my order.Wasted a whole 35 minutes of my life that I'll never get back...
The ONLY McDonald's in this area out of THREE visited today that had the Grimace shake my daughter wanted to try. The others being lazy and pretending their shake machines don't work so we ordered nothing from them and then tried this one. Good job at doing your job and not disappointing the children!This is the one right by the I-20 E exit on Wesley Chapel.

Been coming to this location since the 80's it had its ups and down but overall pretty good spot. Recently I noticed it's been closed and they took the sign down hope it's not closing down for good they just remodeled the place. ???
