In nearly every store in Decatur your service and your food is less than par. Most restaurants are staffed with employees with the attitude that they are doing us a service. Most totally avoid working the front counter. And the drive thru they hold you up at the menu board until the order before is complete. I think the cashier needs a little more Math training
Everytime I come to this location the expresso machine is not working. this is on a daily basis. I called and asked why and the manager told me that it has to be cleaned every hour.. well guess what? I know this is a lie because I ran 3 McDonald's. that machine gets cleaned at closing and than again when you use the card to turn it back on. you need to do better.. and why do this location close at 8:00 pm every night?
