Not sure what happened to this location, but it suuucks. If you come in, there’s never food on their “pickup shelf” because it’s all behind the counter, but if you walk up to the counter, nobody pays attention to you if you aren’t coming through the walk-in burrito factory.
We can see you have a separate operation for online orders, pay attention to them or it might be worth the trip to Tucker.

I have never been to a fast food establishment so inconsistent. Depending on the time of day that you happen to come here, you could have a solid Chipotle experience or just a negative experience all around. Despite the inconsistency, Chipotle fits well into my dietary goals right now and unfortunately, today was one of those more negative experiences. Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed experience, with some great visits and some disappointing ones. The staff can vary from great to rude, with some servers showing bad attitudes. There were instances of small mistakes like a half-empty bowl or mix-ups with orders, but helpful employees are there to make things right. Overall, it seems like a hit or miss depending on the day and the staff on duty.
The interior of the restaurant can sometimes look unkempt, as one customer described it looking "as if a tornado had been through." However, the location of this Chipotle is excellent, situated next to the Decatur Square with a nice outdoor seating option.
