This was my first time at Jimmy Johns and it was not a pleasant atmosphere. I walked in the staff were just talking amongst themselves. No one greeted me. The cashier looked like she had an attitude about something and just wasn't hospitable. I informed her that I was a first timer, and I did have a question about the sandwiches. I forgot to order lunch for my staff meeting. I called them, not knowing their catering menu. They told me, we got you! They certainly followed through. They did it with 45 minutes notice, while getting other customers taken care of too! Thanks, W. Ponce team, sandwiches rocked

Open time may not be accurate. Arrived at 10:01. The staff was outside. I reached for the door and was told, "We not open." I know it's not a huge problem, but if the store doesn't open at the posted time as the customer, when should I expect the store to open?
