Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory

I booked a room at this hotel through my rewards app for my family and provided my credit card for payment. Despite me being on the phone and willing to verify any information, the hotel refused both the reservation and my card simply because I was not physically present.

Jan 27. I checked into the presidential suite with my 2 children and had an enjoyable stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and the everything went well. My daughter however left her phone in the room. When I got home and could not find the phone I checked find my on apple and it registered at the hotel in the room that we stayed in.
