“This location went above and beyond for a simple lunch order. I placed an online delivery order for a smoothie & flatbread sandwich plus a banana. Their site used a third party delivery service, who only delivered my smoothie. The delivery driver stated the smoothie was the only thing he saw in my cubby, so that’s what he grabbed. I called the store directly and they notified me that since the banana I ordered was a bit too ripe, they sat my flatbread aside, awaiting contact with the delivery driver to switch out my side item. The driver didn’t confirm the full order at the store so it was unfortunately left behind.

To my surprise, after a staff member made a quick call to their manager, they arranged for the manager to hand deliver my flatbread and an alternative side to my job! I was not expecting them to do this but I was extremely grateful for the effort they put in to make things right! This really made my day!“

“This place is consistently accurate with my order, and it's always good. I usually place my order via the app for pickup, and I've had no issues. The order is usually ready before the time indicated in the app. The customer service is pretty consistent as well, no complaints! I generally get the Acai Bowl 2-3 times a month.“
