“Delicious as always. Waffle House is always a stable and steady place for breakfast. This was our first time at this one. We came on a Sunday morning. It was busy (but that’s expected). We waited about 10 minutes for a table.
The customer service was awesome! Our waitress was efficient and incredibly friendly. Food came out quick and hot!“

“Visited the Waffle House Museum for the first time since moving to the city, and it was a really unique experience. It’s a very particular place, but that’s exactly what makes it special.

The energy is amazing, and you can really feel the history behind it. It gives you a whole different appreciation for the Waffle House story.

The young woman behind the counter made sure to reiterate the orders back to the customers, handle multiple customers at once and adress any concerns, such as dietary restrictions. “About a month ago I had the worst interaction here with a waitress who quite literally rolled her eyes and stormed away from me and my friend when we said we wanted to dine in. Yesterday my husband wanted to eat here so i decided to give it another chance.

Our service was a nice young man who was definitely new, but his customer service was superb. He was very friendly, made sure to get our order right, and was very attentive. The texas bacon chicken melt i had was probably the best i've had at any of the waffle houses i've been to so i was very happy. Overall, seeing the changes that have been made since my first review, I will start coming here again.“

“We came in for crazy drama , and we found great service . They was saying Gm to evvvveryone that walked in . I mean everybody . Then the food was good, And they checked on us all day . “My family and I ordered breakfast and ran errands Saturday morning. When we returned home, we realized our order was incomplete. We promptly returned to the Waffle House on Wesley Chapel Road and explained the situation. We were immediately assisted, and our order was quickly corrected. Great service!!!!“

“We always love this WaHo when we come to visit our kiddo :-)The service is great (whereas almost nothing else in the area has such), the food is standard WaHo (which we like; we know what we're getting and it's right every time), and it's a great friendly neighborly environment.The only challenge is the jukebox, which gets in the way of conversation if someone decides to enjoy it ... but that's sometimes fun, too. But if they turned down the volume a bit we'd see the 5th star for Atmosphere.And a shout out to Neil for his awesome service on today's visit! :-) It's really nice to feel like we matter rather than just bring a ticket number.
