“I’m only giving four stars because of the carhop, Nikki. This lady deserves a raise or something. She always has such a nice attitude. I’ve never been there while she’s working where she wasn’t as sweet as she could be. I can’t say the same for most of the other employees. I visited today and they got my order wrong and she was so nice about it and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. She even gave me a free small ice cream. It seemed like she was the only one that was outside working and she still exceeded expectations.“
