“Absolute best service I’ve encountered. Great communication, very responsive and just absolute best customer service. We wanted to treat our FFA kids after long hot weeks of working their cows and a last minute decision to provide something for them on the last day of camp. I reached out on FB with less than 24 hours notice and had them booked for the next morning. The minimum was very reasonable and easily met with 30 kids. We will be using them in the future ♥️“

“We stopped in on a Saturday after we came up just for a day out. We grabbed some lunch at Saigon and followed up with a dessert at the peach cobbler factory! My husband got the pecan praline cobbler with ice cream. Of course it was amazing. It was not overly sweet like pralines can be sometime. It was fresh and war and beyond delicious! I ended up getting the New York cheesecake pudding shake! It was literally the perfect consistency. It wasn’t too runny nor it wasn’t too thick! They also have the perfect milkshake straw, which is bigger than the average straw! It was amazing. I didn’t have to wait for it to melt. I just enjoyed it right there while my husband ate his cobbler and we share.! the New York cheesecake bites that were in it were beyond amazing. They tasted so good! The prices are very reasonable for this experience! A highly recommend this place! we can’t actually wait to come back!! but all means feel free to be one to Lauren’s County!“

“Everyone in the staff was so polite and they were all smiles the whole time. I wish we weren't visiting because I'd love to come again. They have so many great flavors and it's so cool how they mix the ice cream right in front of you. Guy with earrings and green and white hat was so cool and should get a raise.

“Yesterday was my first time at Culver’s and it was such a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh and just so delicious! No other fast food nearby is like this. And the employees did a great job especially the girl who was my cashier, Anna was so respectful and made sure to help me out with decision making and was very patient!! She was so sweet and that was just so refreshing especially in fast food. I plan to come back as soon as possible!“

Queen should be the regional training manager for all locations! I literally do not service the Perry location as we have had constant issues from the food to the service! Workers need to go to the Lake Joy location to receive training from Queen! Just wanted to recognize the top tier service received from Queen each visit, thank you!“
