I never have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A however tonight was different i placed an order on the mobile app at 9:40pm knowing that they close at 10pm i headed on to the restaurant to get in line since they only have drive-thru pick up at this time. After sitting in the line i get to the order screen and I'm greeted by a gentleman who tells me we're closed and are out of everything. I wasn't the only one in line at the time either so all 6 cars that sat in this line waiting...read full review
