Must try the milk tea hotpot here. We got to choose up to 6 toppings (lychee jelly topping was the best), suitable for 3-4 ppl. The waiter is very responsive and helpful when I call to ask as well.

Drinks came out fast, the staff are distracted though and constantly on their phones instead of maintaining the cafe space. Lots of variability between visits. Matcha is a miss here, go somewhere else for that. Milk tea is the way to go, they do that pretty well flavor-wise.

Glazetea Doraville is amazing! I tried their milk tea and loved it — creamy, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. The customer service was excellent; everyone there was so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back and try more drinks!
My friend and I both got food poisoning from the milk tea here. We were violently ill within two hours of consuming the drinks. 🤢 We drink a ton of boba tea so this experience was shocking. I have never left a one star review but I feel obligated to warn others.
Also, the customer service here was the worst I’ve ever encountered. The only two staff members were wearing AirPods and when I politely asked one of them if I could have my cup of water dumped in their sink, he just pointed in a vague direction, towards a trash container. No words, no effort. I didn’t want to toss the almost full cup of water in the trash because it would be harder for them to clean up! It seems the staff doesn’t care for basic food hygiene or even bare minimum customer service. For the love of God, please do not go here!!!

I went here with my mom, auntie, and cousin. In my opinion it was terrible, they didn’t have any dairy alternatives which I can’t have dairy so instead I got the coconut mango pomelo. I don’t like the flavor/taste of fruity stuff but it was the only thing I could have.

This is a cute spot to relax and enjoy some boba tea. We especially loved the milk tea hotpot; it’s perfect for a group of four or five to share. The only downside was that the place was a bit chilly, so maybe bring a light jacket just in case.

Tropical fruit tea ‘hot pot’ was a punch bowl. We ordered double mango but there was basically no mango in our bowl! We also ordered a matcha but it was almost white—basically just sweet milk. The atmosphere was really cute and clean but the drinks were disappointing.
