food is decent. it’s not really cold. it’s just revolves until someone takes a plate. it moves a little too quickly for you to grab it especially if it’s your first time. everyone was really nice. customer service is pretty good.

First time going was not busy but seem that majority of the plates were empty pretty much I had to order from menu because all the plates that wanted to try were empty and never refill so my experience was horrible and server came once

Really great variety of food. Our drinks being delivered by a robot was pretty cool. Though we got sat at the end of the conveyor so most of the plates were empty by the time they got to us. Thankfully you could order anything from the menu above the table. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Atlanta.

Went out to Kura with a group of 5 and overall it was a good experience. I'm not sure it's somewhere I would go with people I'm not close to as you are pretty much reaching over or asking someone to hand you dishes at larger parties. I would say it's a great atmosphere for a date night or outing with a few close friends. The sushi itself was good. I wouldn't put it in the top 10 for sushi taste but was a fun experience. The service was not my favorite but seeing the robot bring you things was awesome. The one complaint I have is with lack of room as there is nowhere to put dishes of things you didn't like. I learned not to waste food as a child but we had a few plates that others didn't enjoy and it added up on the table.

Conveyor Belt Sushi is always fun! The robot that delivers beverages is a fun little novelty. Not having someone refill drinks is frustrating. Kura is a decent place to grab a bite before heading over to the H Mart to shop. Pro Tip: Download the app so you can add yourself to the wait list in advance.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. Makes eating sushi (and returning empty plates) into a game.

If you ever decide to go to Kura, I would highly recommend to always order from the menu screen and not pick from the conveyer. Just something I never cared to do. Service was fast, maybe too fast because the rice on some dishes were served warm. Kura is famous in Japan, but I am unsure if they would have been keen on the cleanliness of this specific location. The taiyaki was hot and delightful to counter the ice cream it came with.

I come here for quick bite of better than average sushi. Definitely not even close to the best, but ok enough to stop my cravings for more expensive sushi.My main complaint is that I noticed that they raised a price of ramen from around $6.75 to just little over $10!!!! This is ridiculous. Didn't tell me it is inflation. They are using that as an excuse to raise the price. Because of greedy corporations like this, we are experiencing manufactured inflation. Not only that, miso soup is over $4. Come on. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone.
