I came around 10pm food was still hot and fresh excellent service what you ask for they give you this is the best Popeyes in the area.

Brayan was awesome! Quick, friendly, ABs made sure we got delicious food. Highly recommend

I have yet to receive a refund for an order I didn't get from this Popeyes after waiting 4 days for some kind of response. I ordered through THEIR app (NOT DoorDash or Ubereats or Grubhub) and was told that my order was not there. Once I got to the window the server told me they don't see my order even after I confirmed that the digital receipt was the same as this location. The server just stood and waited for I don't know what, so since it didn't look like he was going to make the order, I left. I assume it was canceled since the order didn't go through, but I was still charged for it. I tried multiple times in the app to get the refund through there but it's terrible because it's a chatbot that doesn't connect to a real agent. I've tried calling the store directly too. No answer. It's been a frustrating time trying to get a refund that I SHOULN'T have to fight for, but it looks like I might have to use other avenues to get it.

Popeyes in Doraville was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Clean restaurant, Order was perfect, fresh chicken, fresh side, courteous and prompt.

Always slow. I was picking up an order and it took way longer than expected seeing as they were not busy.

Funny story about this location. First, this is hands down the best fried chicken of any chain on this planet. My wife and I were hungry and we want a bunch of leftovers, so we ordered a customized 16 piece special. We were starving so we sat at booth and each ate two pieces (a lot for us). When we got home and put the chicken into ziplock bags, we realized that we still had 17 pieces of chicken...after eating 4...from a 16 piece order. LOL

When I walked in I was welcomed with the best greeting & the server was quite pleasant. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, no complaints. I recommend this place & will return.
