The flavor was very similar to a pre-packaged version I’ve had before, which made the dine-in experience feel less special.
Service was okay but nothing memorable.
It’s not bad, but I don’t feel it offers much beyond what you can get online.

Went on Nov 30/2025. Decent noodles, the middle age lady that was servicing there had an attitude when taking our order and had the nerve to ask for a tip when I went to checkout like it was mandatory. The young girl there was chill so i left a cash tip for her.

Fast service, food was out in under 10 minutes. Flavors were great. I got the dry beef and my partner got the chicken noodle. Both were delicious. Highly recommend.

Nothing to but great things, this reminds me of eating back in Quincy MA. I’m originally from Boston and been living in GA for 10 months roughly in McDonough. It’s great to finally have quality food! Dagu vibes. Soups are absolutely amazing. The cold spicy beef is my go too! Will need to return to try other dishes! Sad I’m basically an hour away though :( lol.

The rice noodle in the hotpot was so good. The warm soup really healing from the long day. I got spicy soup with intestine, it was amazing. Also, I got cold chicken, the sauce they put on it was so spicy and numb, love it!!! They have many options of soups too. My friends got one with mushroom soup and also spring rolls and pan fried dumplings.

I would say it’s not bad but food+service is about $18, and the recommended tip is calculated after tax, which makes no sense. Pretty much no service here, would be better if a meal cost $14 below.

Great places to enjoy some noodles with friends and family. The staff were a bit serious but respectful. However, it felt like they were rushing us. Nonetheless, the food was great.

My wife and I have been regulars at Ten Second Rice Noodle for one reason: the food. The rice noodles here are hands down some of the best we’ve had—flavorful, satisfying, and consistently served hot and fast. If this review were based solely on the food, it would easily be five stars.

Unfortunately, the service is a completely different story. From the moment we walk in, we’re not greeted—they just glance at us and point us to a table. No smile, no welcome, not even basic courtesy. When we place our order, there’s no “thank you” or acknowledgment. The attitude is cold, and the staff often seem annoyed and over it, especially the woman in the photo posted—she’s by far the most dismissive and unfriendly.

One incident that really crossed the line was when my wife accidentally spilled hot noodles on herself and suffered a painful burn that required medical treatment. Instead of showing any concern or helping, they just handed us extra napkins and carried on like nothing happened. It was incredibly upsetting how little they cared.

We always feel uneasy when it’s time to tip because the service frankly doesn’t deserve one. Still, we leave the bare minimum out of habit—and are met with glares in return.

We continue to come back for the food, but once a better rice noodle spot opens up in town, we won’t hesitate to take our business elsewhere. Great food can only make up for so much when the experience around it is this unpleasant.

Amazing deal for the quantity and breadth of food you get, especially with the lunch combo. Not to mention, our food came out super quickly. My favorite had to be the spicy beef option, which featured a savory hot broth with numbing spices.
