This is so nice! If you ask for one boba they will give you two pieces of sweet cookie as well if you sing a song! Also, it comes with a cashback bonus of 5 dollars if you use WeChat to pay! The order comes out instantly and you will be surprised at how healthy this product is. I will certainly recommend this place if you want a quick drop in.

Would not recommend. Has extremely poor service and insists on not giving the order in a timely manner. The ataff are arrogant and in slow service. Post consumption of the boba I had diarrhea. That's so unfortunate

This seems like more of a spot for people that enjoy things like cheese foam, tiramisu brulee, etc. But even if that's not you, they still have a lot of solid and high quality choices that are more basic. I got regular sweetness in my tea and my first sip was sweeter than I expected. But I quickly got used to it, and the sweetness would be nice if I had ordered some of their hot food, which I do want to try next time.

@Bian S and @john S All of your unnecessary words won't hide the fact that what you're saying is ridiculous . There was no strategy of making people wait, there were just hundreds of people in line. You might be good at English but I think you forgot how to count how many people were in line. There were also SEVERAL other vendors that were serving food with way shorter lines, so if you were hungry maybe you should have gotten some food before especially if you saw how long the wait and line was. Just a suggestion. And if you were hungry after eating all that food, maybe that's a you problem. The workers want to finish everything as fast as possible so they can leave as fast as possible, so next time if you have a problem waiting, don't wait! Maybe instead of focusing on English 1102, find a job and learn a life lesson.

Hey, I need you to write up a reverse paraphrasing of this review I got about Tan Cha's 'Hunger Promotion' promotion. Basically take the original text and re-write it backwards, with the conclusion first and the intro last. Make it flow naturally like you're just providing the opposite perspective. I'll pay you the usual $20 rate if you can get it back to me by tomorrow morning. Just send me the reverse paraphrase text when you're done. Thanks! OK Here they are: Even the finest tea cannot make up for the time squandered in endless queues. Returning seems an unwise choice; better to be wary after such disregard for a customer's time. The theoretical appeal of building anticipation amounts to little when the practical result is feeling famished for efficiency. Tan Cha's strategy, though memorable, may foster associations opposite to those intended. Is this forced scarcity and delay a ploy to inflate demand, or a earnest attempt at enhancing product enjoyment? Doubts linger after the excruciating wait that forms a daily endurance test for students, starkly at odds with the campus pace. Though the teas ultimately provide solace, reaching that point requires philosophic patience from those who subscribe to "Good things come to those who wait" - a maxim Tan Cha takes to irrational extremes. The purported "Hunger Promotion" left a strong negative impression, both of the marketing and my depleted patience after this memorable campus visit. Do they look OK? Yes please send as it is.

Recently, I ventured to Tan Cha, attracted by their much-discussed Hunger Promotion, aimed at drawing in the bustling campus crowd. What I experienced there, however, left a rather indelible mark on my patience and my perception of clever marketing. Tan Cha seems to subscribe to the adage, "Good things come to those who wait." Yet, in practice, this philosophy morphs into an excruciating wait that teeters on the brink of reason. The store, perhaps unknowingly, conducts a daily symposium in endurance as students queue, watching the minutes drip slowly by, a stark contrast to the swift passage of time we're accustomed to on campus. While the teas themselves do eventually provide a measure of solace, the protracted wait raises questions about the intention behind such a strategy. Is the aim genuinely to enhance our appreciation of their offerings, or might it be a ploy to inflate demand through scarcity and delay? This method, while undoubtedly memorable, might not engender the fond memories Tan Cha perhaps hopes to evoke. In sum, while the concept of harnessing anticipation as a seasoning agent is intellectually appetizing, the practical application leaves one famished for efficiency and respect for the customer's time. As for future visits, I find myself wary; after all, time is a commodity that even the finest tea might not replenish.

The store cleverly builds this the waiting as part of the experience. However, one might say that the waiting time felt somewhat like a test of survival, stretching the limits of hunger to what some might consider an extreme. The delay could be seen as a tactic to increase appetite, thereby enhancing the perceived tastiness of their offerings. While the boba was barely comestible, the elongated anticipation overshadowed the culinary payoff. The strategy, albeit unique, might not align well with the fast-paced lives of students who are often pressed for time. One could argue that it transforms a quick stop for a bite into a mini ordeal of waiting, which might be seen as a clever or perhaps overly cunning business model. Once again, I would like to congratulate Tan Cha on using such a clever business strategy to execute its influence! I have never been so disappointed with a business like this. Perhaps this leans more towards a gimmick than a benefit.

With so many bubble tea places, Tan Cha is our go-to for a more "dessert" like drink. Their cheese foam is better than other places (recommend an oolong tea + cheese foam). Their marble drinks have a good paste to milk ratio as well (recommend messy taro). They have unique taste profiles, with an extensive tea selection. Their fruit teas and smoothies are pretty refreshing. The boba has been cooked consistently well.

I ordered 4 boba drinks for myself and my kids. My kids and i got disappointed cuz the drinks were too sweet. A 1000% sweet !!!! The human body can't accept that much sweetness !if i go there ten times a year, i will be diagnosed with diabetes! the customer service was a girl, she explained everything to me, but she didn't tell me that the drinks would be too sweet ! ONCE i finished ordering my drinks and paid, they gave me my drinks directly without asking if I wanted to decrease the sugar or not. I GOT SO disappointed CUZ i have to work very hard to save that money to treat my kid a boba. my children were very happy when they arrived there but after they siped the drink, they were disappointed and sad.

Tan-cha had some really unique flavored teas with foam toppings that added a flavorful boost to its drinks. I had the High Mountain Green Tea with cheese foam. The flavor was good but the cheese foam really made it a unique drink. The Uji Green Milk Tea with tiramisu foam was delicious and significantly better than the High Mountain. The interior was trendy and well decorated making it a great location to meet up with friends or go on a quick date.

How have I not reviewed this place earlier? I only have 5 worlds. Royal ceylon with tiramisu foam. This is the drink I would have on my death bed. Honorable mention is uji green tea with tiramisu foam. The only complaint I have is I wish they’d allow me to just buy a cup of tiramisu foam.
