“The service is fine and the actual dining room has acoustics that make all the sound around you louder than it is. When it is not busy that makes things echo and you can hear conversations across the room. When it is busy, it is so loud, you have to yell to be heard across a small table. Having said all of that, the food is amazing and this makes it one of the best steakhouses in the area.“

“We stopped by Captain D's to grab some dinner before heading 15 miles away to home. We ordered the 10 piece family meal with fries and green beans. When we arrived at home, we couldn't wait to get inside to fix our plates. Let me tell you...it was amazing! Even after traveling 15 miles away, the fries, fish fillets, and hush puppies were hot and crispy. Hats off to the crew working on October 15th around 6pm in Douglas, GA. Good job!! 😊“
