Smoothie was just what I needed after my workout. Spinach Slam, add ginger which was a suggestion from the young lady that took my order. Great suggestion, great taste.

I know it depends on the ingredients when it comes to the taste of your smoothie but my friend and I got two different smoothies and both came out tasting like banana water. Was not good.

My husband use to love coming to Arden Garden, but the past 3 months the counter area is nasty with food all over the counter sitting out which seem unhealthy. Arden Garden was known for it's high standards but lately that has changed.

I like this place me and my daughter got smoothies here. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere and the associates were friendly. Smoothies were delicious
