in the drive thru 6 car...swift movement, as I get to the menu. The young lady puts me on hold at 850pm ...by 853pm i pull off...driving by no sight of anyone at the window serving customers waiting at the window...awesome job of customer service....I notice shes walking towards the cashier working the front cashiers....not attending her drive thru customers as I waited 3 mins on hold..which was instantaneous when I pulled up
