Listen to the reviews. You will come here and it will ruin your day. The guy at the counter that everyone else is mentioning is completely rude, dismissive and nasty. They also make sure that you leave the restaurant while you wait for your food because apparently you can’t sit inside and wait though there is plenty of seating. Absolutely horrible experience, and the owner should be ashamed of himself.

JUST 10 MINUTES AGO I WALKED INSIDE TO ORDER SOME DINNER, THE MAN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE BRAISED WING FLAVOR, AND HE ANSWERED ME WITH AN ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TONE. I WAS GOING TO CONTINUE TO PLACE MY ORDER AFTER I TOLD HIM NOT TO SPEAK TO ME WITH AN ATTITUDE BUT HE TOLD ME “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, GO SOMEWHERE WITH NO ATTITUDE” AND USED TO HAND TO SHOO ME AWAY, I TOLD HIM “I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” AND I LEFT DISGUSTED FOR THE REST OF MY EVENING. 0/10 SERVICE,I DONT RECOMMEND.

I called to place a order never been here before ,The man that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me.So I go place a order and the man said no refills!!Fine..So I leave come back to pick up my food and I refill my drink..Before I could ask how much for the refill..The lady working there starts screaming didn’t he say no refills,I said yes but I am going to pay the $1:00..So I give her the $1:00 for the refill and she kept running her mouth..I told them this was first and last time I will ever come here again..The point I am making is not over the $1:00 I can afford that..It was the rudeness behind it all..And the food sucked!

If i could give it no stars I would. I won't ever go back there; i have a major issue with other nationalities treating African Americans, as if our money doesn't profit them. I don't patronize a business that talks down to me, but yet, i KNOW, more black people than any other race are doing business with this place. They should value their customers, not act like, nor treat the customers like they are doing us a service. But this review won't matter, because black people will still go there and be treated like less than, all for food. I will take the extra 15 min trek to go somewhere else, where they will say "thank u" when i do business with them. And not talk to me like I'm on a welfare line, asking for free food.Drive across the street to Wing-It, in the Ingles plaza; their wings are always good AND the same size, each time I've ordered them AND they are friendly!!!! They appreciate the business they receive. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CITY BEST WINGS!

Will never return here. I called to place my order over the phone. While we were still on the phone together I walked inside no hello no nothing, GIVE me your credit card! I said to him give me just a second please. He said again GIVE me your credit card ? I said hold on i just walked in give me a second please. He goes to say it again after I sat wallet down. At this point I'm over it and him! Clearly he can see what's going on here. I will not beg for someone to take my money while being handled crazy. I told him don't worry about it and went down the street where they had better attitudes and costumer service.

Owner is super rude, lately the food isn't as good as before , I've witnessed on two occasions, the owner engage in a full blown confrontation with customers, my husband usually loves this place but it's gone downhill

Its so sad the way the economy is, that he had to raise his prices significantly. He had the absolute best deals ANYWHERE for the amount of food you get. Its still comparable now to other food place prices, but being the best deal is no longer valid. He does though have EVERY food you can imagine. The menus is incredible. I dont think theres a food he cant cook. Once you go inside, you'll see what I mean about the menu. And i have yet to eat one thing from there that wasn't extremely good! Even with the price increases across the board, its still so worth getting a meal from there. It has been, and will continue to be, my favorite restaurant to get food from. You HAVE to make that drive and pick something up!10⭐'s

If you are looking for wings, this place may have the best wings in Douglasville. They got the small wings that are ALL meat no fat. They have a large menu bit good for the wings.

The staff here is the rudest I have ever experienced. My family wanted wings for the weekend and this place was the closest. I called and placed the order on the phone and the man continuously cut me off and did not answer the two questions I had about portion sizes. The person on the phone told me my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. They require that you prepay over the phone with a card, which was inconvenient because I planned to pay in cash, but I went ahead and did it despite being a bit uneasy about sharing my card information over the phone. When I arrived, there were signs placed everywhere making the menu hard to read and prices were scratched out and changed. I went to the counter and the guy at the counter is rude, no greeting, just "what do you want?". I informed them that I had a pick up order and the pointed to the counter where my order was and the food was bursting out of the to go container. While the food was decent (fries were cold due to the open to go container) and this place is close me, I wouldn't recommend eating here. The service is just horrible and the food doesn't make up for it.
