I had a 5:15 PM reservation at Gritz Brunch Bar, but the experience was a complete letdown. I was rushed to order as soon as I sat down because the kitchen was “closing soon,” which was frustrating and unprofessional. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation, creating an uncomfortable dining atmosphere. drinks took 30 mins (got our first refill at 1hr 45 min mark)
waitress didn't put our order in so we waited over 2 hours for food
9 staff only one person working. Just incompetence all around
shout out to the white guy bussing tables. the only one really working.
