Simple Chinese take out spot. Food was hot, delicious and better than expected. I had vegetable soup and a shrimp egg roll. The lady that worked the front counter was so kind and made sure everything was perfect. Will be back!

Decent standard Chinese food options. Rice can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is undercooked. On a positive note they are only place in the area I know sells whole wings.

If you’re craving top-notch Chinese food in Metro Atlanta, look no further than Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant on Hwy 5 in Douglasville! This place is hands-down the best Chinese spot I’ve found since moving to Atlanta, offering unbeatable flavor and generous portions at very reasonable prices. I ordered the Triple Delight with Mixed Vegetables and swapped in Shrimp Fried Rice—absolutely divine. Even my picky grandkids couldn’t get enough! They enjoyed wings, vegetable fried rice, and shrimp/chicken with mixed vegetables and shrimp fried rice, devouring every bite.

We upgraded our pork egg rolls to shrimp egg rolls, and let me tell you, they are the best I’ve ever had. We loved them so much that we took five more to go! But the real gem here is Wendy—she made the entire experience memorable with her friendly A-1 customer service and spot-on recommendations. Wendy is pictured below along with my Triple Delight with Mixed vegetables after I’d already had a serving. I’ve been searching for a place like this, and now that I’ve found it, I’ll be a regular for sure. Do yourself a favor: head over to Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant, ask for Wendy, and tell her Alma sent you. You won’t regret it!

This is the worst food I’ve ever ordered I ordered thru door dash and they completely left out one entire order. The other entree was cold and hard I spend 42$ for garbage I do not recommend this restaurant

I found a piece of metal scrubbing pad in my food several of my co-workers warned me not to go there but I tried it anyway the food tasted good while I was eating it until I got down to the last part and saw the steel wool pad part in my food

The food is always good. It never misses. Chicken and broccoli, chicken wings , fried rice , egg fu young . Everything is bomb. The lady who’s always in the front is super nice and sweet. A hard worker with a great personality. I love this place. 100% would recommend .

Food has gone down hill since we moved here 2 yrs ago. Disappointed, this was the best in town. My food was put into a box last week with a label for Kung pao chicken on the side. Thought this food was made from scratch. They used to have the best eggrolls. Not anymore. :-(

Food is sub-par ok, but the only good Chinese restaurant in Douglasville and that is saying something. Really struggles with what English customers or saying, but food is just sub-par, I've had better.

Haven’t had a good experience trying to find a good Chinese restaurant since the two we liked closed a few years ago. The reviews for HongKong were good and we were not disappointed.

First time here, the customer service was awesome and the food was fantastic. We had the vegetable spring rolls, vegetable fried rice, broccoli and garlic sauce and tofu with mixed vegetables. Also a gallon of lemonade. Everything was fresh. The spring rolls was really a fav. They are very generous with their portions. Going back when the open at 11am for another order of spring rolls.

Vegetarian options: They have tofu options, and veggie options as well.

Horribly disappointed. I got take out a couple months ago and it was great: fresh, hot, tender pieces of chicken and large portions. I got the same order today (sesame chicken with egg fried rice and egg roll) and it was AWFUL! The pieces of chicken were tough and tiny and both the chicken and rice were dried out and barely warm as if they'd been sitting out for a while. The broccoli was raw and just a couple pieces. The egg roll was tough and cold. While the service is friendly, the food today was not even edible which sucks because I was celebrating my birthday. I would've given 5 stars previously however after today's experience I would not recommend and probably won't be back unless they offer to make it right somehow.

Always fast and the lady is really kind! Plus who would have thought the good Chinese food would be in Douglasville! I been disappointed many times in the Atlanta area but found this amazing gem and eat here a lot! I love the general tso chicken!
