Reported problem last week. No response from management to this day. I have emailed twice.....still no response. Shows how much company cares about there customers. Can't blame on COVID had plenty of help.
Would not take cash this morning for 2 cups of coffee in the dinning room. Staff was rude about it too. That is bad, some people do not have c. cards. Won't be back unless changes are made. This is not the norm.
