“As we were walking into Arbor Place, an employee handed us a special coupon for a $5 Cheeseburger. After getting everyone else set up for their lunch, I went back to try one. There was a short line to place orders. It only took a few minutes to get my order once it was placed. I ordered my Cheeseburger with no mayonnaise, lettuce, or tomato. Not a fan of the bun, but the meat had a good taste. I would order from here again in the future. This location is highly recommended!“

I got home with it and only had one burrito and two steak tacos. we didn't have all of our order. or I thought that we had all of our order. we took the food back un touched. I told the lady to give us the rest of our order or give our money back. She told me No. with an attitude. she took the food into the kitchen came back to the register with an attitude still. finally she gave us our refund. then when she gave it to us. she told me to never come back into the restaurant that she will never serve us again. she also said that we were not welcome back there again. well were not going back.“

“I just moved to Douglasville and have been considering China East for a bit, but wanted to get more accustomed to driving in that area. So, tonight I finally placed an order. It was clean and quiet when I went inside. The kitchen looked very nice, you can see it from the counter. When I was approached about my order, the lady was extremely sweet and my order was ready several minutes before the time indicated.

I wish I had been able to leave a tip, but I didn't have the money at the time. However, I intend to next time!

The food is great. I'm picky about Chinese food, but this was quite nice. I'm not sure why anyone complains about the rice. It's yellow FRIED rice, guys! Have you not heard of yellow fried rice? And it's delicious. I actually prefer it over any other fried rice I've had at other places. The pork and veggies in it were fresh. The rice was perfectly cooked. (Please don't change your recipe!)

I also had the sweet and sour chicken. It was fresh, not tough at all, and wonderful. Sure, they don't put pounds of meat into their batter (at the guys who keep complaining about that) but I thought it was a fair amount of chicken and it went so well with the sweet and sour sauce.

I'm excited to come back for another visit! Thanks, everyone at China East for making my dinner worthwhile tonight! I've already spread the words to my family to also visit.

“I really like this place! The food is good. High quality food but not like other hibachi places. Such as no real ginger in the ginger dressings and mixed veggies in the fried rice. Nothing major. Just small things to keep prices low, which I also appreciate. I still rate 5 stars because of the ambiance and prices. They give you balloon head bands that are soooo cute and you get sorbet at the end of your meal.“

“I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place. Not with service nor with the food. I always get the teriyaki chicken with extra chicken on top of white rice. The last time I ate here, which was about 1 yr ago, my bf got his with noodles instead of rice and a guy right after us got his with noodles as well, but with the side of steamed veggies mixed in with the noodles. I tried my bf noodles, and it was so good, and I only imagined how it would have been with the veggies stir-fried in with it. So this time, 1 year later, I got the chicken teriyaki, with extra chicken on topped of noodles with the steamed veggies mixed in instead of on the side, and when I tell you that it was SO good, it was SO GOOD!!. The cook had a slight heavy hand on the portions of noodles and veggies which led to me having a generous portion of it, with no complaints what so ever on my end. Lol. Everything was cooked perfectly, and it took me 15 mins to get home , so I can eat it, and it was still piping hot!. Whenever I get the craving for tender teriyaki chicken that's delicious, Sarku Japan has never disappointed me. ? oh, I also got an egg roll..good flavor just wished it was more fresh.“

“Today’s order was the best made pizza ever delivered from this store. The New York style was great…looks like it should on their commercials and tastes great!! And the discount was a plus. “IHOP has really stepped it up. Used to not be one of my favorites but we happened to be in the area so we popped in. Even though the parking lot was packed, we only waited a few minutes for our table. The waitress immediately greeted us and served our drinks. It was a busy Saturday morning so it took a little while to get the food but not terribly long. Honestly, this was the best food I had had there. Not sure if they made changes to the way they prepare the eggs but they were really good this time and I normally skip those. We got the diced potatoes instead of the hash browns and they were so good! My son chose a burger and he ate every bite. It was big and he really enjoyed it. My daughter got the steak bites and eggs. The steak was cooked in so much butter that it made a lake on her plate. That was probably our only complaint.“
