went to order today at about 9pm and the girl at the register was so unprofessional it seemed like she had no experience in customer service, she was on her phone cussing talking loud and even said she was sick which is kind of unsanitary to be working around food. the food was still good i usually like going to this waffle house and employees are usually respectful and nice but that girl made me not want to go there anymore lol
This Waffle House food was so good. The ceiling tiles needs cleaning. The cooks did not wear hair nets. The young lady seating did not sweep the floor or wipe the glass door down while she had down time. The chairs at the bar are rusting really bad. It's time to renovate.
I've eaten in person and I've placed an order online and each time I received great service. When we sat down, they Associate wasted no time asking for our drink. Our order was taken and it came out hot and ready to eat. When I went to pick up my order, or was ready and I didn't have to wait.
