“This Arby's is never very busy. You normally can walk up and get your food fairly quickly. However, this last time I went they lost my order and had cleared it out of the system. I was the second order that was placed. There were 5 other orders that we have filled before I went to the front and asked about mine. They did not have it but I showed them my receipt and they started working on it. Gave me a free apple turnover so I guess that was okay.“
