Want to brag on one of your employees, KB, handsome young guy who greeted me with a smile and was one of the kindest employees of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to! If ALL fast food employees were as helpful, kind and greeted each customer with a genuine smile as KB did, fast food would have a wonderful reputation! Arby's in North Macon GA at the corner of Riverside Drive and Northside Drive, you are blessed to have this young man as your employee!!!“

I am sure they were doing their best.
Sandwich was missing fried onions & received a chocolate milkshake instead of jamocha.
Also, not sure why I got 4 arby's sauce when I asked for ketchup.🤷♂️
Maybe it will be better next time.“
“Same great taste of Arby's sandwiches that I enjoy. The service of this staff, on this day, was a bit slow and lackadaisical as some customers, as well as myself, placed our orders for take out and received our orders on trays for dine in. Besides that, I will still continue to eat Arby's as, I enjoy the great taste of their food as I have for years. The recommended dishes are from eating at various Arby's locations over the years.“
“We went thru the drive thru. I think I took too much time at the menu but they were still so patient. We were asked to pull up and it started raining and she brought our food out anyways. Oh and the food was pretty good for fast food. The fries was hot. It all seemed fresh.“
