“I am writing this review for Cheryl Butler about a wonderful young lady name Fiandra Simon works at Arby’s. Every time I come through the drive-thru, I tend to mess up the word “gyros,” but she is always so polite and patient. She knows exactly who I am and remembers my order without hesitation.
She never complains, always greets me with a warm smile, and treats me with kindness and respect. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference in my day. We need more great employees like her.

“Happy with this Arby's. Greeted at the counter. Let us know they would be right with us. They took our order and my chocolate shake came out quickly, and it was goooood. Had to wait a bit for the potato cakes to fry up fresh to get the rest of our order. The Arby's roast beef sandwiches could have been hotter. They should have waited on filling that part of the order until the potato cakes were ready. Then all the self serve sauces were empty, but they of course had packs available. What makes this Arby's stand out is the staff, who did their jobs efficiently.“
