“I don’t know why they have a 3.7 rating but compared to my experience in other locations and I love Arby’s specifically the beef and cheddar sandwich. I’m not pretty sure why they have the rating but in my experience if I’m being honest has been on point they don’t mess up your order. They don’t forget anything if I call in after making a mobile order and making a request for maybe extra red ranch, it actually appears in my bag when I have It delivered, with that being said if that’s not customer service what else is I have to commend the people that work here they’re doing a good job especially compared to other places. I don’t usually do this. I’m usually letting people know where they can improve at, but I truly felt after so many experiences with them. It was necessary to give them a Compliment and your appreciation.“
