Arby's in Kennesaw

“I stopped here to eat lunch today. I generally don't change my order from the roast beef sandwich but I was talking to the manager and she helped me decide to try the cheessteak. I'm glad I did because it was really good. I still prefer my normal go to but I know if I ever want a cheese steak that this is a place to come to.

But more importantly than the food, the manager Karima(sp?), she is such a lovely person. We had a nice conversation while I was trying to figure out what I want. While I was waiting the 2 or 3 minutes after I got my drink, I over heard her talking to her employees and it's not like I generally hear managers talk to their employees. She asked one of the young ladies about an intrest of hers and I could tell that she was generally intested in what her employee had to say and not just making small talk, but sincere interest. Karima also came around to check on those of us dining in and talked to us as friends instead of just customers, which is really refreshing. I also saw a gentleman approach her about an issue with the restroom, I don't know what it could have been cause I was in here earlier and didn't see any problems, but she had am employee addressing the issue within 2 or 3 minutes.

Great experience, food was tasty and came out fast and hot, dining area is one of the cleanest I've seen, the employees were genuinely happy to be there and pleasant to be around. Really well done!“

“I’ve been to this Arby’s three times in the last month. every time I’ve been there my cashier has been Julie. She’s cheerful and helpful every time. I just want to give her a shout out. The only reason I gave it for 4 for atmosphere is because of the Entrance doors. It may sound silly, but those doors are very heavy and they have almost gotten my foot and i’ve seen other customer struggle with it too.“

“Jonah W. gave the absolute best customer service last night!! It's very hard to find good customer service these days so I wanted to come here and publicly commend him and let his company know that he is an asset to their business! Getting off work and grabbing fast food late at night is usually hit or miss, the food is usually not fresh or good, and the customer service is usually the worst! Not this time. My food was fresh and he was patient with me using 2 debit cards lol“
