My shrimp skewers were burnt and the rice was dry and hard! This was not edible and went straight into the trash!! Money wasted ?

I love Captain D's and have been eating there for years. I recently moved back to Dublin after a 30 year tour with the US Navy and having retired in Florida. My food was cold, not well cooked, my Cole slaw was missing and when I told the girl at the counter she says we'll go somewhere else then!!! I won't be going back until good management arrives but maybe not even then.

The grilled whitefish is my favorite! It was a little under cooked. Service was quick and efficient, but not particularly friendly. They were very busy. I would visit again.

I have always loved going to Captain D's. I have never been disappointed in it until today. Got there at a little after 12 and wanted it to go. First off they made it for dine in and it sit there for a while then I realized it was my number so I told them mine was to go. He took it back and told them it was to go. By the time I got it, my food was cold and my baked potato must have been cooked the day before because it was so hard and cold that I had to add a little water to my microwave bowl to heat it up. I still couldn't eat it. I won't be going back to Captain D's for a long time, if ever. Have you changed the manager? If so you need to give her a raise and get her back!!! It don't seem like the same place for a while.
