4 stars because this location was drive thru only. The location is less than ideal, we just stopped in off the interstate. The coffee and food was good, and the staff was friendly. Everything around it was visibly run down, but the store itself was nice delivering a great job.
It was 8 pm and the place was empty. The customer service was friendly and made recommendations. My friend wanted something quick and simple to snack on. She decided on a grilled cheese sandwich. What sounded like a good idea, turned out to be a bad idea. The bread wasn't even toasted. It was soggy. It looked like it had been thrown into a microwave and heated up.
