Ordered a mocho fracuppino with extra ice, so it would be thick, received a drink with very Very little ice. Sadly this is the second time this has happened. It seems as if they don't know what there drinks are made up of.

Very Friendly atmosphere and great customer service.. Cheyenne went out her way to make sure I was able to have my drink. Even tho it said it was sold out! Truly Appreciated and Grateful

I went through the drive through for lunch and they couldn't make a Frappuccino today so I asked the batista to make me a cold brew the way he'd recommend. All I told him is I like it sweet. I have no allergies so I felt confident it'd go well. He checked with me on a couple flavors and created a delicious cold brew with caramel drizzle, toffee nut, white mocha and vanilla cold foam. This thing tastes like a nutty candy bar and is soooooo good! I highly recommend...
