I went through the drive through for lunch and they couldn't make a Frappuccino today so I asked the batista to make me a cold brew the way he'd recommend. All I told him is I like it sweet. I have no allergies so I felt confident it'd go well. He checked with me on a couple flavors and created a delicious cold brew with caramel drizzle, toffee nut, white mocha and vanilla cold foam. This thing tastes like a nutty candy bar and is soooooo good! I highly recommend...

Had a wonderful experience with great customer service! The employee that took my order was so kind and energetic. He even recommended a way to vamp-up my drink, and I loved it! (The guy had green eyebrows, but I didn’t check his name, lol!)
