If I could give Kitchen 121 a Michelin 5-star rating, I absolutely would—it's my ultimate favorite spot!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had food this memorable. Every single dish bursts with love, intention, and high-quality ingredients.
I could eat here every day and still crave more. If there were such a thing as a million-star rating, Kitchen 121 would deserve it without a doubt.

My top recommendation? The Grilled...

I got some sushi and an udon bowl. The sushi was nice but nothing to write home about it wasn't too expensive so honestly great. Would've liked more ginger though. The udon bowl was very hearty and tasty a little lacking in salt but overall very nice. Would come again.
