Absolutely trash. Ordered a liquid food item and then puts it in a foam to go box.
YOU DONT PUT LIQUIDS IN FOAM TO GO BOXES.
IF THE CUSTOMER TELL YOU THEY DONT WANT IT AND COMPLAINS. YOU DONT COMPLAIN BACK TO THEM ABOUT THEM COMPLAINING. EVERY COMPLAINT IS A LEGITIMATE THAT TELLS YOU WHERE YOU CAN IMPROVE.
YOU NEED A BUSINESS CONSULTANT TO IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS.
ITS GOING TO FAIL WITH YOUR ATTITUDE.

This is one of the place I will go when I crave for soup. I always order the galbi tang when I crave for soup. And I think this is the only no spicy soup here if I didn't missed anything on the menu. The small dishes are good as well. overall I like the foods here in general, but my favorite is galbi tang.

I normally don't post a review based on service but on food itself, but I cannot let this one go. I've been to this restaurant a few times; food is average at best.
If you have a big party, don't go. The server gave our large party an attitude for being there. If the restaurant can't handle our party, please let us know up front. He even told one of the kids in our party to leave one of the tables and not bring the chair to the main table. Sadly our entire party left the restaurant and ended with shouting match on our way out.
Safe to say we will not be going back. We ended up at the restaurant in the same shopping center that embraced our entire party with good food and service.
Read some of the other reviews. We are not the only ones expressing the unprofessionalism of this restaurant.
I cannot recommend going to this restaurant.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at A-Hyang. We ordered food and specifically asked for the sauce on the side. Apparently, we may not have phrased it perfectly, which led to some misunderstanding. When the food arrived with sauce on it, we politely asked for clarification on where WE went wrong so we could avoid the same mistake in the future.
Instead of calmly addressing the situation, the serverāwho turned out to be the oldest brother/sonāstarted arguing with us, blaming us for the mix-up. He even went around to his staff, loudly justifying why they shouldnāt remake the dish (which we never asked them to do and did not expect a new dish. All we wanted was clarification).
What made the situation even worse was that we mentioned we had been here a few times before without any issues, only for him to claim heād never seen us before. He went as far as loudly asking his brother and the rest of the staff in the restaurant if anyone recognized us, further creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.
It was shocking, unprofessional, and honestly humiliating. Instead of owning up to the poor handling of the situation, he acted immaturely, escalated the issue, and never once apologized. His mother tried to save his behavior as she came out to apologize on his behalf and acknowledged how out of line he was.
This experience was absolutely unacceptable. For someone working in customer service, the serverās behavior was immature and completely disrespectful. A-Hyang needs to reevaluate how they treat their customers. We wonāt be returning.

DO NOT TAKE A DATE HERE!! Your pits will sweat as there is no ac. The food was great, service was great, but MAN IM SOO GLAD IM OUT OF HERE everything was good but if the basic comfort/standards are not met it affects the overall score. 2stars

No air conditioning and the majority of the food is hot soup. Very little explanation on dishes on the menu. I ordered Beef with flour noodles and it was soup! It had 3 small ( the size of a quarter ) pieces of ābeefā in it for 17.99$
The saving grace to our meal was the fried dumplings which were edible.

Pork cutlet and bibim naengmyeon were delicious. But gamjatang was okay. And kimchi..... It wasn't tasty. The serving was so kind that our family had a comfortable dinner here.

You get an insanely large portion of food for the price. This place deserves a 5/5 for that alone.
The food itself is of course tasty and it comes out pretty quickly. The bone broth they serve at the beginning is also very welcome and a great appetizer for the entrees.
