The older Asian lady who I’m assuming is the manager has poor customer service and is extremely rude! I forgot to add on honey mustard sauce for my order and asked for some after the fact. She told me it was 50 cents but I only had my debit card and explained that. She told me it was a $5 minimum to swipe your card so I guess no honey mustard sauce for you. The lemon pepper dry wings were cooked and seasoned well, although a bit small for the price. The chicken Philly was really good, and the fried rice tasted just like hibachi restaurants. Parking can be a struggle due to small spaces. The cheeseburger combo with crinkle fries was cooked to perfection. The friendly staff and phenomenal food leave a good impression, making it a great spot for takeout. Customers especially enjoy the #5 combo with wings, a Philly steak, and a drink for $15. Many appreciate the tasty food but note that lately the wings and fried rice have become smaller and less filling. Some say the quality has gone down, but the flavors remain strong. Overall, American Deli offers excellent food and friendly service that keeps customers coming back for more.
