If you pay online or order delivery, your order will get pushed to the back to prioritize walk ins. I tried to call several times after my delivery driver sent me video proof of the owner ignoring my delivery driver even tho they were asking politely for the order or to even be acknowledged. I tried to call over 10xs trying to get the owner to make my order that i already paid for over an hour ago but he couldn’t bother to pay another person to help apparently. They are taking our money freely and not honoring the already paid customers lunch during lunch hours. Also the delivery person told me the oil they were using smelled burnt and old, i believe it bc I’ve gotten off tasting chicken wings before. They treat their customers like crap, its way overpriced than other local wing places like best wing and grill or even wingstop. This will be the last time i will ever order from this location. There is another American deli(owned by different people) open 24 hrs on peachtree industrial(5mins away)and ive never had a bad batch of wings from there. Go elsewhere,this location is failing at basic restaurant operation.

I usually go to location in Stone Mountain which is fantastic. Came to this location expecting same thing and am seriously disappointed. Small Grilled Chicken Salad at Stone Mountain is huge and can vinaigrette dressing. Pleasant Hill serving size is less than 1/2 and no salad dressing.
I will NOT be back at this location.

Terrible service, everytime I come their attitudes at the register is terrible. When they didn’t do my order how I asked and paid for the manager proceeded to get rude with me when I asked for it to be fixed. Then says to me “I need to work on my English”

Honestly don’t know where to begin. Guy at the front was cold and careless. Legit would keep staring at us while we were eating and looked pissy that we sat there for more than 20 min. Out of respect we said goodbye as we left and he looked at us rudely and never said anything in return. Food was flavorless at best. Big Ol’ Nope for this location.

I ordered three orders of the lemon pepper wings. The wings were small and very dry. The gyro wrap did not have a lot of meat and when I tried to call, they kept hanging up on me. We will never order from this location again.
2 hours ago I ordered the honey garlic 10 pc traditional wings combo. THERE WAS ONLY 1 PC THAT WAS FLAVORED BARELY WITH HONEY! NO GARLIC FLAVOR! NOTHING! WINGS FRIED EXTREMELY HARD! I WON'T BE BACK!
