Arte 3 is a cafe shop that serves coffee, bingsu, bobas and several other sweet treats. At the counter, my sister and I ordered the matcha bingsu with an order of iced coffee. The matcha bingsu was good but it doesn't beat the matcha bingsu at coffee by hand. This was the first time I was here and the service was excellent. We had just come from dinner and was looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth. There are so many choices of dessert. The people I was with ended up getting different things so we could try it all out. It's a little bit pricier but the portion sizes are decently large. I remember a few years ago I would always get my ice cream and waffles from Top Cloud nearby. Since they changed their shop drastically, I wanted to take my brother to a more family-friendly environment. The cafe is really cute and cozy, with a few private tables mostly surrounded by some walls. The service is painfully slow, but if you're here to study, it's not too bad.
