Ice cream was great but the service was slow and the dining area was dirty and dangerous. Exposed outlets, hanging wires and dirty/rusty counters.

Avoid ordering through UberEats: I ordered 2 scoops for myself and 3 scoops of nut free ice cream for my allergic child. They mixed up our flavors, didn’t add any of the toppings ordered, and sadly my child wasn’t able to eat the ice cream because they added a mystery scoop that I didn’t order containing nuts.

After spending $20 on food, they will charge you just under $1 for tap water. Will not return to this one. There are better locations.

WARNING! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. MY WIFE BECAME ILL! Wife asked for oat milk and the sticker on the coffee didn't specify it. She asked the employee if they put oat milk in it and he looked at the employee behind him then told my wife yes. She asked again and he said yes. She told them if they made a mistake it's fine, but it cannot be regular milk it has to be oat milk. My wife is now sick. I called and spoked to the manager Mario who had me speak to his boss Denisha (something like that), she continued to give attitude, yell, and cut me off every time I was trying to get a word out about the situation. She said they didn't do it then hung up. I called back and continued to be loud and FINALLY admitted they could've made the mistake, then hung up again. I didn't want a refund or anything. Just wanted to voice my concerns, but it's CLEAR they don't care about people's dietary restrictions. My wife nor I will never return.

There is this guy who works here, looks young but he was very rude while taking orders and even while pointing out the flavors of ice cream that weren’t available, he was soaking in a rude tone too

On two separate occasions, I experienced issues when attempting to use corporate coupons that the staff didn't know or care to try to apply. The customer service is poor and it was clear that even with ample time to accommodate the order, that they weren't interested in trying to help.
Drove in this brisk Fall morning to get a quick bite to keep me going today. I drove right up, got my order in, sweet associate handed me my 2 Egg White, Veggie & Cheddar Wraps. Never had these before, but they seem healthy & at $3.79 total why not give this a try. Can I tell you all that this is actually crave-able?!? Not sure what veggies, I know spinach, but there is a fresh herb flavor too. Not overly salted or peppered, just a clean flavor! I see red pepper/pimento & I wonder if those are jalepenos (not raw)??? These would be great as an afternoon snack too. Go get you some!!!! You will be satisfied & not break the bank. If you are a hungry person, maybe 3 or 4. I got 2 & will be set until lunch.

Love this place so much! Great ice cream, truffles, blocks of fudge and brownies. They have hot cocoa in the winter usually. I come here every chance i get.
