Absolutely loved the jokbal here! For anyone unfamiliar, jokbal is a Korean dish made from pork trotters that are slow-braised with soy sauce, spices, and aromatics until the meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. This one was especially impressive in that the meat was juicy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory and deeply rich flavors. This little place is a wonderful taste of a Korean home. The food was fresh, hot and ready fast. Everything we tried was the best I have ever had. From the pork belly to the ham hock. The stew was incredible. The next time I visit Atlanta I will make a trip to eat here. I will remember this meal forever.
