Never been before tonight and never will again because I stood out there for at least 10 minutes before knocking on the window. There was about an hour and fifteen before closing and I only wanted a scoop. After I knocked he looked at me and kept doing what he was doing. It was very rude and unnecessary.

This was a big deception. Went with my two kids ask for coconut ice cream, their out, peach, same Answer, pistacho nop, orange.. guess.. nop. So we have to order just strawberry and vainilla. Place is outdated and dont have napkins anywhere. Never coming
The ice-cream was old. And the dude looked at me like I was crazy.

Went in person to order a cake for 4th of july. The thing is I went the day before to order it. my brother went to pick up the next day AT 5 P.M. and they did not have the flavor we asked for and they apparently didn't have someone there who could put "Happy Birthday Alex" on the cake. Also it took about 30 minutes for them to get the cake ready which makes no sense since they didn't give us what we asked for. Overall it was a Half A*s job. Paid $49.99 for the wrong flavor cake and nothing written on the cake.

Very nasty person attending.Very rudeness . And she charged for large cup of ice cream in small size. The flavors I ask for, never found it. She served whatever she wanted. It doesn't even deserve 1 ✴️

They tried to charge me a $1 for the baby cone they were advertising as free right under the counter. The employee were nice about it and gave it to my toddler for free but it took several rounds on back and forth. Oh and also found a curly hair in the baby cone ice cream that they put on a cup because they disn have baby cones. Yuck!Total false advertising that is not in line with what the other Bruster’s locations do.Needless to say we will never be back to this location.
