Went in person to order a cake for 4th of july. The thing is I went the day before to order it. my brother went to pick up the next day AT 5 P.M. and they did not have the flavor we asked for and they apparently didn't have someone there who could put "Happy Birthday Alex" on the cake. Also it took about 30 minutes for them to get the cake ready which makes no sense since they didn't give us what we asked for. Overall it was a Half A*s job. Tastes like your standard Bruster's ice cream. The workers have always been friendly to me despite the other reviews, and the ice cream tastes like it does at all the other locations. The cotton candy explosion is my absolute favorite and nothing else will ever compare to it

This was a big deception. Went with my two kids ask for coconut ice cream, their out, peach, same Answer, pistacho nop, orange.. guess.. nop. So we have to order just strawberry and vainilla. Place is outdated and dont have napkins anywhere. Never coming
