Coming through the drive-thru, I was a little bit skeptical whether I should order from this location because the place looked dilapidated or shabby. It was a bit frustrating, because when we were ordering our food, either the person didn't understand what we were saying or couldn't hear what I was ordering. Anyway, once we got our food, it was nice and hot. But we waited for about a good 10 minutes, so I wasn't happy about that since we were there around lunchtime, and there was nobody in the drive-thru line. so i'm not sure why we waited so long. I feel like if we have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food, we should be given some form of incentive for the inconvenience of waiting. None was given at this location.

They have 2 people on the drive way and I order inside and I been more than 20minutes waiting and they don’t even make it and there was 2 people that order first than me and they still waiting for they food

I first went to the drive Thur. But they took like 10 mins and still did not answer so I went inside I ordered a number 1 combo and did not receive side item also a number 9 with no lettuce and it had lettuce then I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry and they didn't give it to me and it also took about 30 to 40 minutes and they gave me no sauce

We were here earlier today and while they were short staffed the service was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean.
