First time dinning here & definitely will NOT be the last time. As soon as my partner and I stepped through the door, we felt so welcome by the manager at the hostess stand. We were sat very quickly & served right away. The staff was some of the nicest people I’ve ever been served by at a restaurant. The food was impeccable!! Give yourself 2hours minimum to really enjoy the experience and food if you visit. 11/10 overall (food, staff, customer service, experience)!!

Based on the reviews, The Melting Pot offers a fantastic and delightful dining experience. The food is super fantastic, delicious, and amazing. The service is great, with servers who are personable, wonderful, and very attentive. The manager is nice and often visits tables to check on people. The atmosphere has a great vibe. A highly recommended meal is the full course, and the cheddar cheese green goddess fondue is the best. However, the experience can be long, taking nearly 3 hours to finish, with about a 20 minute wait between courses. Guests should be prepared to have their agenda cleared for the evening. Despite this, it is a wonderful place for special occasions, and many guests will return.
