Me and my prom group of 10 came in for dinner. Our server was Nancy and she was spectacular! Nancy knew much about the menu, guided us through the courses, and even offered us recommendations. Her professionalism and attentiveness was nothing short of exceptional and made the experience UNFORGETTABLE.

Me and my prom group of 10 came here for dinner. Our server was Nancy and she was PERFECT. She gave my friend water for her flowers and made conversation with us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was so sweet. PROMOTE HER!

My wife and I went tonight for the three course happy hour deal. This includes a cheese fondue, salad, and chocolate fondue. Our waitress was knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions and the manager came to check on us right away. The service was the best part of the experience. We got the jalapeno bacon cheese fondue. This is the same cheeses as what's in the alpine classic, but substitute jalapeno and bacon for the nutmeg and lemon. The cheese was alright, but what comes with it is small. Literally two baby carrots cut in half, two pieces of cauliflower cut in half, three cherry tomatoes, some apple pieces, and a bunch of small bread pieces. Our salad came right after we started the cheese, which is ok, but started feeling hurried. The Caesar was average, except for the coated pine nuts, which was a nice touch. The California was better, but the portion size of both salads was very small. Our cocktails came (white peach Cosmo and the Mule) and both looked very good. The flavor was on point, however, the mule was warm. When I say warm, I mean a warm cup with no ice, and when we added ice from our water glass it melted immediately. They took the bread away as soon as the cheese was close to gone, but we kind of wished we would've kept it because we were still hungry. Finally the chocolate course was the closer. Dark chocolate marshmallow cream Oreo fondue was the best of the food, but once again the dippers were stingy. One small cube of brownie, one blondie, a marshmallow, a small piece of waffle, and two tiny cubes of pound cake and rice krispies. You have to split three small pineapple pieces, four thin slices of banana, and some strawberry pieces. We got the bill before we finished, which added to the whole meal feeling once again rushed. After the tip it was over $100, and if I'm honest, we both left feeling underwhelmed and hungry. I don't think we will try another melting pot, this experience was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money in quantity or quality.

Very good service, wonderful for special occasions. It's just really expensive, that's the bottom line. Consider what other gift you could get for $120 for 2 people. Maybe the experience is worth it, but I'm not sure. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. We did celebrate an adult birthday there and they enjoyed it. The shopping center has been there forever, but it's updated with fresh paint and doesn't appear as old as it actually is.

Don't bother. Reservation times are the same as at a doctor's office - you're still going to be waiting 30+ minutes after your reservation time. Service dropped the ball hard. Even after being sat, no one came by to take an order. Just go next door.

Rushed to finish, very much unethical and unprofessional if you ask me! Quality overall was just okay, not impressed.

Easily the most unprofessional dining experience I have ever had. We had a 7pm reservation for 2 and arrived promptly at 7. We were checked in by a young lady who could not be more unenthusiastic about her job if she tried. My wife and I both commented that we felt as though we were a complete bother to her because we were there checking in. We then sat and watched as the train wreck unfolded. The young lady who checked us in proceeded behind the bar to play on her phone for most of the next 30 minutes. Another young lady (I assume she was a manager or at least in charge that night but I never asked so cannot confirm) began loudly complaining to another waitress about how long someone in the back was taking far too long to get their table’s orders and food out. She then proceeded to take another couple that checked in at the same time we did to a table in the back, only to bring them back to the lobby about 5 minutes later. After another 5-10 minutes, they then sat that same couple again. By this point it was 7:30 and no one had even acknowledged we were still sitting in the lobby waiting. The hostess on the cell phone was so enthralled I am not sure she even realized we were still waiting. At 7:30 my wife and I Made the excellent decision to just leave. Again, no acknowledgement from anyone.I have been to Melting Pot restaurants numerous times and it has always been our “go to” for a nice date night or special event. We will return to a Melting Pot again based on these previous experiences, but it most certainly won’t be the one In Duluth.

This place was great. First time ever going to a fondue restaurant. The service was perfect.. everyone was nice. The food was filling. We got the big night out and kids combo. It was a little expensive but, the taste and experience made it all worth the price.
