I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's day for a course lunch meal. It was very tasty and a great experience. The view was pretty good (it's on the top floor of a pretty tall building), but where we were overlooking where the president lives there are two buildings being built and slightly killed the view. Their hookah is pretty high quality and their drinks are pretty good. The server we had was also really nice, but they tend to be closed a lot when I try to come back, but I would come back if they weren't closed

Hookah is on the more expensive side, along with the food and drinks. Shisha was quality flavor though, and the milk bubble tea was great! A very interesting mix of a cafe and hookah experience, but very pleasant and refreshing. If youre looking for something out of the ordinary and have a few extra bucks, this is definitely something out of the ordinary to try.
