Customer service was non existent. I was not greeted upon entry at the store. All of the staff just stared at me except the cashier who was pleasant. My drink was made and they simply sat it on the counter. I WFH so I was on my laptop and awaiting to hear my name called like at all the other Dunkin Donuts, but this one let my drink sit. The drink was a bit watery from what I’m used to but to avoid the back and forth I just left. I will not be returning to this location
Patrick is an all-star cutie pie who deserves recognition. Patrick provided me with excellent customer service and swiftly took care of my order while continuing to assist other customers AND preparing drinks. I only saw him and one other individual so shout out to both of y’all for holding it down! Patrick is equal parts cute and polite so hopefully he’ll be there if I ever go back ?
