The food was actually really good. The spicy chicken nuggets, fries, and Filet-O-Fish were all fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall atmosphere were disappointing.

It's cool and clean. The kids love it too. However, it's a shame there isn't a drink refill machine.

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its convenient delivery options and friendly service. The establishment is often bustling with customers but maintains a clean environment. The menu features a variety of classic dishes, including warm fries and the iconic Diet Coke, which are customer favorites. Customers frequently praise the staff for their friendliness and positive attitude, especially at the drive-through, where the team is known for taking orders with smiles and good service. However, some issues have been noted, such as a drive-thru staff member who has difficulty speaking English clearly, leading to misunderstandings. Inside, there are employees who speak perfect English, but the person handling drive-thru orders sometimes struggles with clear communication. Customers also mention that mobile orders are sometimes ignored or become overcooked, with nuggets occasionally being very hard or burnt. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the potential for improvement is recognized. Overall, McDonald's continues to be a busy spot with friendly staff and a familiar menu.
