Ordered and paid for large fry. Was given a small. Got halfway home, saw the mistake and turned around. Once there I was told I could only get a medium. When I asked why I couldn't get what I paid for, the young asst mngr accused of eating the fries. they had fallen into the bag. When I showed him that they got real flustered and said I should've checked before I left. Grabbed the food back thru the window (which is crazy)Ultimately I got a large fry but was told to "go. Leave. go. Go" like someone talking to a dog or their 5 year old son. Never going back and when I tried to file a report online it didn't go thru. Terrible managment at all levels.

They took the wrong order didnt want to give us the right food was rude to us the black man taking the order in the window took the order wrong and the other mexican lady at the widow with red hair was very rude didnt want to help us and was being very sorbevia dont like the service dont recomend going

Food was good. Waited in the drive thru for food 15 minutes. Employee came to the 2nd pick up window & asked if waiting for my food - then asked for receipt. 8 cars left with their orders behind me. Still took 5 minutes to get food after employee took receipt.

Only accepting cash at night is crazy no sign posted not posted on the app even if it's only temporary you have customers sitting in line for 20 minutes just to tell them they can't order any food. Now to find to find a spot open at 3am thanks for the inconvenience.

came here 12:26 and an older black man and a young hispanic girl were SO MEAN to an older asian man who said both his iced lattes were too sweet. and they kept arguing to him about it and blaming him for not telling them that he didn’t request for no sugar and then once i sat down the man ended up leaving with what looked like creamless and sugarless iced coffee like the dude didn’t speak perfect english and had an accent but come on. i come here all the time and this was the first time i saw those two specific workers be rude and out of line, to me they’re never mean but tbh they seem to not like working here. i used to be a shift supervisor at starbucks and we used to remake drinks all the time because either the customer didnt like the taste or the mistake that employees arent perfect in hand crafting the drink so the drink could be out of standard by a bit. so tbh it was so strange to see the fast food workers NOT be understanding and just blame him, like he’s paying for the drink and the workers wasted more time arguing with him than just remaking his drink. it’s like the workers wanted to catch an attitude. i felt so sorry for this man, again i come here like 4 times a week and this experience bothered me so much and i feel bad for the old man too

I attended to reserve a space to bring a cake to my son who was turning 5 and when I spoke with the manager the attention was terrible, from the moment he arrived his attitude was rude and unreceptive, then I managed to reach an agreement but then on the day of the Another manager's birthday also had us the same, bad service, when buying the happy meals for the birthday children they did not want to bring to the table and told us in a bad way, look for your food, as if they were giving it to me and I was paying for it, I He said several times that they were going to kick us out of the restaurant, that they were going to watch us through the cameras if we made a mess. My family is small, there were about 15 people, we left everything clean without a trace that there was a birthday and I always treated the manager well so that learn how people are treated ??
