Went to the drive thru for a couple of sandwiches and some ice cream (chocolate), and the ice cream was 100% spoiled and/or molded! Had black particulate matter all throughout our ice cream cones. I was promptly given a refund for that portion of my order but it's the principle for me - pretty gross stuff that others should be made aware of.

Two young guys that work there are very rude and the customer service is beyond horrible. I watched one of the guys dig in his nose and made a burger afterwards without washing his hands before making the burger. Never going back. It’s only so many Checkers left and this has been a horrible location for a very long time now.
Night shift is horrible. You can tell the whole staff doesn't really care from the shift manager to the employees. If you're a truck driver, frequent traveler, or even just someone in Gwinnett craving a Big Buford id advise you visit another location. The service here is guaranteed to have them shut down first in a couple years once the Rallys/Checkers corp starts consolidating.

Lazy or incompetent worker costing them business. I ordered through the drive thru and tried to add items at the window but the worker said they can’t? And tells me to go back around the drive thru to order again? I even suggested to just place it at their other register and he still refused lol
