They’re Dirty and unsanitary. The Older lady at the window (appears middle eastern) fixed my fries with no gloves and touched basically all over them. Then became upset and snatched my fries back when I asked for a refund. It is unfortunate because I was looking forward to eating Checkers.

I dont expect much since it's a fast food. Service is great as usual. The people are cool. Food is fresh. My complaint is really for corporate. Bring back the sesame buns. Why are you changing it?! At least have it as an option. Offer both if u wanna satisfy both sides. But the buford was always my go to and something changed. The bun is one of the changes I dislike 👎. Keep the fries and the og menu the same. We love the new things but keep the original things too please
Still dont like the non sesame seeds buns. But new complaint. Ordered fried cheese cake bites. We got Philly cheese steak bites covered in sugar lol. So we think it got mixed up cuz they look the same

Terrible service, employees don't want to work. I was at the counter for 10 minutes for an order that was ready before I arrived. It seems like they did it on purpose! Bad people. And just for a shake.

Please use a different fry oil for the sweet stuff . Use clean fry oil for the regular fries . Every time ive come there the fries have been sweet😭 and i love the fries😭
