I dont expect much since it's a fast food. Service is great as usual. The people are cool. Food is fresh. My complaint is really for corporate. Bring back the sesame buns. Why are you changing it?! At least have it as an option. Offer both if u wanna satisfy both sides. But the buford was always my go to and something changed. The bun is one of the changes I dislike 👎. Keep the fries and the og menu the same. We love the new things but keep the original things too please

Please use a different fry oil for the sweet stuff . Use clean fry oil for the regular fries . Every time ive come there the fries have been sweet😭 and i love the fries😭

Edit/Update: My order was provided quickly but incorrect. I got out of my car and went to the window where another person was waiting to be served. He was actually experiencing a diabetic episode and just needed to order a soda. Until I knocked on the window and showed them my order was wrong and this gentleman has been waiting before. Who knows how long it would've taken for them to get the drink. The crew did well enough hence the 3 stars. I've never in my life had a five star experience at checkers. Nor do I expect to. I honestly wouldn't know what that looks like from and for you. But I thank you for your response.

This place should just go out of business. I used to come here since high school in the late 90’s all the time, but ever since the area started going downhill so did the staff. After work all I ordered a cheeseburger and the lady at the drive through claimed I snatched the change out of her hand and started grilling me. It caught me off guard because I didn’t feel like I snatched anything nor was I being impolite whatsoever. I spoke to the manager but immediately knew nothing would be done about the rudeness from the drive through lady. I will never go back and never allow my family to go back after this experience. Since high school I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment.

I will not go back to Checkers. They've decided to use AI to take orders in their drive thru that could go to a human. When we got to get our food, after having to change things that it misheard, I still had things wrong. The ONE person working there was running around working on my order and the three other people waiting outside. Not again.

The fries keep getting smaller and smaller. I use the BOGO large fry coupon, which mean around $4.20 for two large fries, but the fries are getting smaller and smaller. Two really large fries for 4.20 is not cheap but worth it but it's too expensive for two not so large fries. I'll still go there because the fries taste good but not happy 😕

It has been a couple of years since I came through the night drive-through at Checkers, so I was confused why an automatic voice was taking my order. I drove forward to the window since I didn't receive a response. As I approached the window, I was greeted by a vulgar gentleman who had an attitude about why I didn't say my order. I told him that I was waiting for someone to speak. He proceeded to speak to me aggressively and rudely stating that's how my order is going to be taken. Again, I was unaware. I asked if my order could be taken at the window and he argued with me down stating that he is not able to and I have to drive around. Not once did I raise my voice or curse him out, because I don’t believe in acting like where I come from. Additionally, I am trying to order a burger and I’ve never seen a night worker who acts that serious over how an order is taken.
After ordering my food, the gentleman who was originally making my food came to take my money. I'm pretty sure it was because of how rude the first individual was to me. He gave me the wrong change, but he was polite about it and spoke to me respectfully. I told him to make sure the other gentleman didn't spit in my food due to him spitting while yelling at me.
If I were a man, the first worker would never have spoken to me in the way he did. I didn't even enjoy my food because of that, but I was out of options and starving with nowhere to eat at 1-2 AM. I’ll go to another location after this experience unless I'm with a male just to see how that man would react again. I don't care where you work, professionalism is key and very important. People are crazy, and could come back with someone and something just for being treated disrespectfully over how an order was taken. If you don't like your job, please don't work there, especially if you're 60 and overworked.
